USF provides many free resources for students. Although not a comprehensive list of USF student resources, this list includes resources such as a student food bank, counseling, and health resources.

USF COUNSELING CENTER
The USF Counseling Center offers free and confidential psychological services for registered USF students. The counseling center offers various kinds of services, including group, individual, and couples counseling, and after-hour emergency services. For more information, click on the link below.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a personal or emotional crisis, please call the after-hours number: (813) 974-2831 and press option 3 to speak with a licensed mental healthcare professional.

USF Student outreach and support
The office of Student Outreach & Support (SOS) helps students manage life stressors that can impact academics and personal well-being. SOS enhances student success by identifying needs, removing barriers and reducing distress. After receiving a referral for services, the office helps students through a variety of interventions, university services, community referrals and case management.

Feed-a-bull
Feed-A-Bull is a confidential Tampa campus food pantry initiative spearheaded by Student Health Services and Feeding America Tampa Bay. Feed-A-Bull is available to students enrolled on the USF Tampa campus. It was created to address food insecurity by providing supplemental food to students in need, as well as education and resources to students related to purchasing and preparing balanced food on a budget.
